Each of our communities has predetermined included features, while also offering numerous upgrades. You will work with our interior designer to perfect the look and feel of your home. Depending on which community your home is in, and the state of construction, some homes have already been beautifully designed and are ready for you!

Our preferred lender Taylor Wright will ensure that financing your new Wright Home is a pleasant experience due to his years of experience, and our established relationship. Working with our preferred lender comes with many perks including reducing your construction deposit, credit towards upgrades in the design center or closing costs, and receiving the keys to your new home at settlement instead of after funding, and more! The timeline of building your Wright Home depends on many factors including which community you are building in, the time of year, and the state of the construction in your community. Keeping this in mind, we can ensure that we are building your home as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards

Our model homes in Northern Utah are open Mon-Fri 12PM-6PM, Sat 11AM-5PM. In Southern Utah they are open Monday-Saturday 11AM-5PM. For addresses and more information, visit our model homes page.
